The Opportunity
We are currently hiring for a Full Time Stack Web Developer to play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web-based applications and platforms. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and user-friendly web solutions.
In this position, you will be responsible for the full software development life cycle, from initial ideation to final deployment. This includes requirements gathering, prototyping, coding, testing, and ongoing support and enhancements. You will work closely with our product managers, UX designers, DevOps engineers, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge web applications that align with our strategic objectives.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and implementing robust, scalable, and secure web applications using a full-stack approach
- Integrating web applications with various backend systems, databases, and APIs to enable data exchange and functionality
- Optimizing web application performance, security, and user experience through code optimization, testing, and the implementation of best practices
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing timely and effective support to internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously researching and implementing new web development technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance our solutions and stay ahead of industry trends
- Collaborating with the broader development team to maintain consistency, quality, and alignment across all web-based projects

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
_Technical Skills_:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack web developer, working with a variety of technologies and platforms
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one major web framework (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
- Solid understanding of server-side technologies, such as Node.js, PHP, or Python, and their associated frameworks and libraries
- Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, and experience integrating them into web applications
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Understanding of web application security best practices, including input validation, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
- Exposure to testing frameworks and methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Familiarity with agile software development processes and tools
